RUSSIA

In Russia, we operate two oilseed processing facilities:

WJ manages the Valuyski Vegetable Oils Plant. The plant has a crushing capacity of 150,000 metric tons of sunflower seeds per year and employs 550 persons. Since the purchase, our company has made significant investments to upgrade the facility. From September, 2003, the plant has increased refining capability to 220 tons per day. An upgraded bottling line fills 1 liter bottles and has the capability of producing up to 7 million bottles per month. Under the brand names Razdolye and Milora, the plant produces quality sunflower oil which conforms to the highest world standards.

Our company manages the Chernyansky Vegetable Oil Mill. The plant has crushing capacity of 93,000 metric tons of sunflower seed, which has been doubled since our initial investment. We have added a bottling line to further develop our brands. The factory employs 140 persons.

MOLDOVA

WJ manages Floarea Soarelui (formerly known as the Beltz Fat and Oil Plant). This crushing facility has a capacity of 225,000 metric tons per year and employs 780 persons. The plant has refining capability of 140 tons per day. We have added a new bottling line and are now able to produce 4 million 1 liter bottles per month. The finished brands Floris and Mister Cook are marketed in Russia, Moldova and Romania.
