Novorossiysk
WJ has a share participation in the port elevator in Novorossiysk. From this facility, we have the ability to ship 50,000-80,000 mt vessels.

In Russia we store our grain and oilseeds on the following elevators:

Urazovo - 50,000 tons. Pervomaysky - 29,000 tons.

UKRAINE

Kherson
We are the major shareholders of the Kherson port elevator. We have successfully extended its storage capacity to 100,000 tons and are planning to increase its capacity further to 140,000 tons of grain.

Kherson Flour Mill and Port Facility
Currently this mill is one of the largest in the former CIS. It processes wheat grain into flour and provides for receipt, storage and transshipment of more than a dozen kinds of agricultural products, such as sunflower seeds, soybeans, canola seeds, mustard seeds, flax seeds, milling wheat, feed wheat, barley, millet seeds, oats, rye, corn, sunflower meal, and granulated wheat bran. It is fully capable of bringing grain up to export quality and packing flour into bags. As of today, our Kherson facility is capable of receiving and shipping any type of vessels up to 50,000 tons.

In Moldova we store our grain and oilseeds on the following elevators:

Flograin SRL - 15,000 tons. Anengrain SRL - 20,000 tons.
